Easy Diary Export

Traditionally, REs and Inspectors juggle an unstructured assortment of files, file formats, and physical or digital files while managing their project diary records. To export their data, they must print to PDF, select the save location, and name each file, which is slow and tedious. Many CM applications only allow exporting one file at a time with an incomprehensible file name. But not with CT-Tracker.

Once ready to export all of your reports to date, navigate to the RE diary module and click the PDF dropdown. Then select bulk save. With a single mouse click, your diaries are automatically exported as .pdfs and conveniently emailed to you in a zip file. In the zip file, your requested diaries all have a standard naming convention identifying Client, Project, and Date. Other custom naming conventions and report styles can be selected in settings. Move the diary .pdfs to any digital filing system or application required by your project. Or, print and file the entire set if hard copies are necessary. The process is simple, repeatable, and seamless whether exporting one diary or thousands. CT-Tracker – Exceptional CM done simply.
